CREATION OF SERENITY HOTEL IN HUE IN VIETNAM

There are many beautiful palaces in Hué in Vietnam

Today in Vietnam there are about 8.15 million elderly people, accounting for 9.4% of the population. Vietnamese elderly population will enter a phase called “aging period” after 2017 and in the next two decades will enter a period of “aging population”. According to the information from the National Committee for the elderly population in Vietnam: In 2050, 30% of Vietnam's population will be over 60. The elderly population in Vietnam will become important.

In Vietnam, most of the elderly people live in rural areas with 81.2% and 18.8% live in urban areas. Purchasing power of the elderly people today in Vietnam increases with the Vietnamese economy. The elderly people are often lonely and their wishes to travel and stay in a serenity hotel are a reality which we must be careful in the hospitality industry today.

My idea is to create a hotel type of Serenity hotel for the Seniors, in which the Seniors will be the best welcome customers because all of the services in this hotel will be adapted for them. We shall realize for the Seniors a confortable hotel with a high gastronomy, with Spa and fitness, with a rich cultural life, and also good rest, good accompaniment of the elderly people in serenity, and we shall create a good ambiance in our hotel which is different of the nursing homes.

I choose to build the first Serenity Hotel in Hué because Hué is an important cultural city of Vietnam, because the high gastronomy in Hué is excellent, because the cultural life in Hué has become a lifestyle, because the landscapes in Hué are splendid, because the life in Hué is quiet and peaceful.

I hope also to develop this concept to attract international customers.
